WHAT DO YOU MAKE? AND WHAT’S IN YOUR PRODUCTS?

We put the "more" in omnivore! Our sausages and ground mixes are equal parts humanely-raised meat and delicious veggies & spices. They're more flavorful, more nutritious, and more of what you're looking for in every bite.

Phil's Finest Chicken Sausages are made in Rochester, NY in partnership with a 5th-generation sausage maker using certified Global Animal Partnership (GAP) rated chicken such as Mary's Chicken from Pitman Family Farms. All chickens are raised with no antibiotics ever and fed a 100% vegetarian diet. The starting lineup? Kale Chimichurri, Smoked Cauli Brat, and Maple Apple.

Phil's Finest 100% Grass-Fed and Grass-Finished Ground Beef mixes are made in Vermont, where all animals are humanely-raised on pasture, no exceptions. Committed to a decentralized and sustainable base of meat production, our beef comes from a network of 300 local, small-scale farmers. We have two scrumptious flavors: Korean BBQ and Lao Curry.

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS GLUTEN-FREE?

Yes, all our products except our Korean BBQ Ground Beef are made with gluten-free ingredients. However, they are not made in facilities that are certified gluten-free.

WHAT TYPE OF CASING DO YOU USE FOR YOUR SAUSAGES?

In an effort to make our products accessible to as many dietary restrictions as possible, we make our sausages without a casing - unlike many sausages that use a pork or bovine collagen casing.

WHERE DOES YOUR MEAT COME FROM?

We take it seriously, and we like that you do, too. We wanted to have high quality, humanely-raised chicken in our product. Our chicken comes from certified Global Animal Partnership (GAP) rated farms such as Mary's Chicken from Pitman Family Farms. All chicken in our sausages is raised with NO antibiotics ever and fed a 100% vegetarian diet.

Our grass-fed, grass-finished beef comes from Vermont. Committed to a decentralized and sustainable base of meat production, our beef comes from a network of 300 local, small-scale farmers.
